Prepare for your QHHT session

Intention

Preparing for your QHHT session. Start by setting your intention.
Why do you want the session and what do you hope to get out of it?

Make an appointment and plan the rest of your day and evening free so that you can enjoy the ‘vibe’ you have afterwards in peace.

Food and drink

Coffee is not ideal for getting into theta state. You could possibly replace 1 cup of coffee with caffeine-free coffee or tea. If it doesn’t bother you, you can leave out or replace a cup.

For many people, caffeine causes a busy head, ‘the monkey mind’. We don’t want that when you undergo a QHHT session or when you meditate.

The preparations, the time for your session

Additional preparations

Alcohol and weed/hash

Stop drinking alcohol for at least 1 day (preferably a week) to properly prepare for your QHHT session. It is highly recommended not to drink alcohol on the day and evening before your session. If you succeed, it would also be nice to stop using weed/hash for a while. These make for a less clear session.

Meat and fish

Try not to eat meat for a week. If you do eat meat, eat chicken or fish. This helps increase your frequency. Stopping alcohol also increases your frequency. The higher your frequency, the ‘higher’ the messages you receive from your higher self.

The questions

We briefly go through your life, from childhood to now. We have about half an hour for that. Then we start going through the questions. Start writing down your questions. About 10 to 15. I will also want to go into depth with each question so that we get as much detail as possible. When you ask more questions it becomes a bit more difficult to go in dept. If you have more questions, please put them at the bottom under additional questions. If possible, I will of course ask them!

I want to go into depth for each question. This quickly results in 5 extra in-depth questions per question. Some people can last 1.5 hours, some even easily 2 hours. It would be a shame if I couldn’t ask all the questions when your mind is just too tired to go on.

Practice visualization

It is advisable to practice with the visualization meditation that you can find here at the top of the page near the floating buttons. Or work with other visualizations that you like. If you are not very good at it or the visualization is not yet successful, practice as often as you can. Preparing your QHHT session can be fun.

There are of course also other ways of observing. There is also knowing, feeling and hearing. If you don’t see any pictures in your head, it could be that you just know, feel or hear it. So if you don’t ‘see’ anything, look at how you perceive! All forms of perception are good, of course. The most important thing is that you are aware of your way of perceiving…

Here you can take a test to see if you need practice, this quiz can help you determine which type of ‘thinker’ you are. The results can ultimately help you improve your skills so that you have a more intense and better QHHT experience. Practicing is not mandatory, of course, but it is recommended…

Then there’s the administration…

The full (residual) payment for the session is made digitally 7 days before or in cash directly on the day of the session. You received an email immediately after booking with the link for the second part (if you opted for split payment). If you prefer to pay the second part in cash, you can bring this with you on the day of the session.

Appointments cannot be canceled after 7 days before the session. There will be no refund if the session is canceled after 7 days. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule in special cases. No problem 🙂

Print or complete the consent form and the CAT treatment agreement digitally. At the bottom of the page you will find the two options (print or fill in digitally). Make sure you have arranged this before the start of the session!
