Higher self, spirit, guides or helpers

You are always with your higher self. Many of us  talk to our higher selves regularly. It is the voice within us, the coaching that you get from “above”. In an introspective hypnosis session, the “conscious mind” can be more in the background, making it easier to respond from the “subconscious.” This ensures that helpers such as the higher self, spirit, your guides or angels can answer through you.

The session can look a lot like a QHHT session, but there are some differences:

It takes a maximum of 3 to 4 hours instead of 6 hours
There is no lunch moment

What is Introspective Hypnosis?

It kind of looks like QHHT but differs on a number of points. It is based on the method used by Alba Weinman and Antonio Sangio. Alba Weinman calls it the ‘The Spiritual Journey of Forgiveness ™’.

In these sessions, people often work on forgiving themselves and others and releasing ‘attachments’.

These attachments can be ‘outsider’ energies but can also be thought forms, curses, alien implants etc etc ..

A session lasts a maximum of 3 to 4 hours. There is a short intake where we immediately go through your questions briefly. During the intake you will also receive an explanation of how it works and what you can expect.

You can set your intention to get a solution for certain issues, this will be the starting point. You make a list of a maximum of 10 questions, which we can then ask your higher self.

During an Introspective Hypnosis session it is possible to travel to a previous life or you can end up with a memory in the current life. That cannot be influenced/controlled on forehand.

What could you ask:

What is my mission here on earth?
Why am I incarnated at these parents?
Why is my daughter / son / partner / always angry (at me)?
What can I eat best?
How do I increase my frequency?
Why do I have a discomfort in my shoulder?
What can I do to help with the ascension process?
Where do I come from?
Am I on the right track?
Why do I continue to encounter the same problems?
etc, etc …

These are examples questions you can ask of course, you can ask anything as long as it is about you.

The session is recorded on audio (and in some cases on video). You will receive this afterwards via “wetransfer”. It may be that your higher self recommendeds you to listen to this recording a number of times. This is because there are often several layers of information that are sometimes released in parts after the session.

I cannot guarantee an answer to all questions, healing or any outcome. It is up to your higher self to start this process and it is up to you to integrate all information and healing.

An Introspective Hypnosis session lasts 3 to max of 4 hours and costs € 325 including VAT. That includes tea / water and a snack afterwards.
